Listening for the Moving Silence
When it comes to project management success there is a lot of noise out there. Project managers use project management methods to achieve a wide range of objectives (e.g., construction, software development, aerospace) and must choose from a number of project management approaches (e.g., Traditional, Agile, Scrum) to manage any given project. The choice of methods is frustrated by the inability of project management practitioners and academics to agree on a set of project critical success
